The Flourish Way, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Information shared during enrollment or participation in any program—including registration details, reflections, questions, assignments, discussions, or community participation—is used solely for educational, communication, and program-related purposes.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of their own account information and login credentials.
2. Confidentiality Within Programs & Community Spaces
Many Flourish programs include live sessions, group discussions, online community spaces, or participant interaction. To help foster a respectful and supportive environment, participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants.
Participants agree not to:
- Share, distribute, or disclose personal information, stories, health information, business information, or identifying details shared by other participants
- Copy or share discussions, chat messages, posts, recordings, screenshots, or written reflections outside the program
- Record live sessions or community interactions without written permission
While The Flourish Way encourages a culture of confidentiality and respect, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in any group or online environment. Participants acknowledge and accept this limitation when participating in group-based programs.
3. Educational Purpose & Professional Boundaries
All programs, courses, materials, live sessions, and community discussions provided through The Flourish Way, LLC are intended for educational and informational purposes.
Certain programs, including mentorship or professional development programs, may include educational coaching, guidance, accountability, or consulting-style support related to business development, professional growth, or Lifestyle Medicine implementation.
However, participation in any program through The Flourish Way, LLC does not establish:
- a patient-provider relationship,
- psychotherapy or mental health treatment relationship,
- legal or financial advisory relationship,
- or any other licensed professional-client relationship unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing.
No content provided through The Flourish Way, LLC should be considered individualized medical, mental health, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
Participants remain fully responsible for their own health care decisions, business decisions, clinical decisions, professional implementation, and use of any information provided through the programs.
Participants are encouraged to consult their own qualified medical, legal, accounting, financial, or business professionals as appropriate.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All program materials are the intellectual property of The Flourish Way, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- videos,
- recordings,
- worksheets,
- graphics,
- written materials,
- frameworks,
- presentations,
- course content,
- downloadable resources,
- templates,
- and community materials.
Participants may use program materials for personal educational use only.
Participants may not:
- reproduce,
- distribute,
- publish,
- teach,
- share,
- modify,
- sell,
- sublicense,
- or commercially use program materials without prior written permission from The Flourish Way, LLC.
Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or commercial use of materials is prohibited.
5. Recording of Sessions
Some live sessions, workshops, or group calls may be recorded for educational or participant-access purposes.
If recordings are made:
- they will only be shared within the applicable program or participant group,
- participants may choose whether to appear on camera or participate verbally,
- participants are responsible for protecting their own privacy when sharing personal information.
Participants may not independently record any sessions, calls, or community interactions without written permission.
6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By participating in any program offered through The Flourish Way, LLC, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for their own choices, actions, results, health decisions, business decisions, and implementation of information presented.
The Flourish Way, LLC and Jennifer Owen make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Flourish Way, LLC, Jennifer Owen, and any affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to participation in any program, use of materials, or implementation of information provided.
7. Personal Responsibility & No Guaranteed Outcomes
Participants acknowledge that individual results will vary and that outcomes depend on many factors, including personal effort, consistency, circumstances, health status, business decisions, and implementation.
The Flourish Way, LLC and Jennifer Owen do not guarantee specific health, financial, professional, or business outcomes from participation in any program.
Participants understand that their success depends largely on their own participation, engagement, and application of the educational material provided.
8. Agreement
By enrolling in or participating in any program offered through The Flourish Way, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy, Confidentiality & Content Use Policy.
