1. Privacy & Personal Information
The Flourish Way respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you share when enrolling in or participating in programs—including registration details, reflections, questions, or discussions—is used solely for program delivery, communication, and educational purposes.
Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to operate the program platform (e.g., email service providers or course software).
2. Confidentiality Within Group Programs
Many Flourish programs include group discussions, live calls, or shared spaces. To create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment:
- Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all other participants
- Personal stories, health experiences, opinions, or identifying information shared by others must not be discussed, recorded, shared, or distributed outside the program
- This applies to verbal discussions, written posts, chat messages, recordings, and any community spaces
While The Flourish Way encourages confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the behavior of all participants. By enrolling, you agree to participate responsibly and respectfully.
3. Protection of Program Content (Intellectual Property)
All program materials—including but not limited to videos, written content, worksheets, graphics, presentations, recordings, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of The Flourish Way, LLC.
Participants may:
- Use program materials for personal educational purposes only
Participants may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, publish, or share program content
- Record live sessions (audio or video)
- Use materials for professional training, teaching, or commercial purposes without written permission
Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of content is prohibited.
4. Recording of Sessions
Some live sessions may be recorded for participant access. If recordings are made:
- They are shared only within the program
- Participants are encouraged to protect their own privacy when speaking
- You may choose to keep your camera off or limit personal sharing
Participants are not permitted to make their own recordings.
5. Professional Boundaries
Participation in Flourish programs does not establish a patient-provider relationship. Any information shared is educational and not individualized medical care.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and healthcare choices.
Any changes you make to your own health or regimen should be done under the care of your provider.
You will, at your own expense, defend, indemnify, and hold Jennifer Owen and The Flourish Way, LLC and any of their affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, grants, costs, expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with any online educational program.
6. Agreement
By enrolling in a Flourish program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy, Confidentiality & Content Use Policy.
