How 1:1 Coaching Works
This is personalized business mentorship centered around your actual practice. Over three months, we'll meet privately online with your choice of weekly 30-minute sessions or biweekly 60-minute sessions. Between meetings, we'll use a shared Google Doc to capture questions, ideas, priorities, resources, and next steps. That means we don't have to spend each meeting figuring out where we left off—we can get right to the work that matters most. Bring whatever is happening in your practice: a decision you're struggling with, a workflow that isn't working, financial questions, a new service you're considering, staffing issues, marketing ideas, or simply, “I know where I want to go, but I don't know what to do next.” We'll figure it out together.
